We offer more than 30 family houses and flats for rent. Our houses are continually maintained and modernised and their condition meets the requirements of modern living. The properties are located in the village of Průhonice and in neighbouring Prague 4 – Újezd u Průhonic.
Company history
The history of the Skořepa family company started in 1992. The founder of the company is JUDr. Ing. Jiří Skořepa, and today the whole family works with him. We built the first houses in the village of Průhonice in 1993.
Through our own efforts and in partnership with real estate agencies, the Skořepa company continued to grow and gradually became known to important private and corporate clients from all over the world. Many of our clients have found their home with us for many years.
Private relaxation centre
We offer a private relaxation centre with a sauna, gym and indoor swimming pool, exclusively for the tenants of our properties. The relaxation centre is located on Květnové náměstí in Průhonice.
Průhonice
Průhonice is situated on the south-eastern edge of Prague, just 10 km from the centre of Prague via the D1 motorway towards Brno, exit 6 – Průhonice. The village is dominated by the castle with a lovely park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Schools and kindergartens
English schools eisp.cz and pbsschool.cz, Czech-English school in Jesenice (sunnycanadian.cz) and kindergarten in Benice (kindergartenschool.cz). A state school and kindergarten are right in Průhonice.
